This information describes the currently published information website and its contact channel.

Website and hosting

The static pages are hosted by Linevast. Requests transmit technically necessary connection information, such as the IP address and requested path, to the web server. The hosting provider may process this information in server logs.

The network register uses necessary session data. Processing for register access is described below.

Email contact

An email link opens the email application on your device. Your email address and message are transmitted to [email protected] only when you send a message there. The website has no contact form or file upload.

Please do not send medical findings, diagnoses, treatment photographs or other sensitive patient information. Questions about handling your message can be sent to the same contact address.

Access to the network register

To access the network register, you verify your email address using a one-time code. We store the confirmed email address, registration and last sign-in times, and the version of the information acknowledged. Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter or confer network membership.

A necessary session cookie maintains access for no more than one hour, or 30 minutes of inactivity. Codes are valid for ten minutes. Pseudonymised counters limit delivery and lookups to protect against misuse. Search terms are not stored as a search history.

You can delete your registration after signing in. Registrations with no sign-in for 90 days, expired codes and counters are cleared during register access. Technical web and mail server logs are separate. Further information is available on the register page at /en/network/verify/.
