Registration and privacy
What information is used?
For access, we store your confirmed email address and the time of registration and last sign-in. Your email address is used for the access code and to identify your register access. Registration does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
A necessary session cookie maintains access while you use the register. The session expires after one hour at most, or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Codes are valid for ten minutes. Technical limits protect email delivery and lookups from misuse using pseudonymised counters.
After signing in, you can delete your registration yourself. Registrations with no sign-in for 90 days are cleared on the next register access. Expired codes and technical counters are regularly removed during register access. Normal technical web and mail server logs are separate. Search terms are not stored as a search history in the register database.
